Integrated by design,
not by coincidence.
Most construction problems are handover problems — between the architect and the contractor, between civil and interiors, between what was drawn and what could actually be built. Running all six verticals inside one company removes those handovers, which is the entire point.

What changes when it is
all one company.
| Situation | Separate architect, contractor & designer | Brainstorm — integrated |
|---|---|---|
| A beam clashes with a duct | Email chain between three firms; client mediates; typically 2–3 weeks | Resolved internally the same day |
| Drawing is not buildable as drawn | Discovered on site; work stops; revised drawing awaited | Caught in coordination review, before mobilisation |
| Interior needs a wall moved | Structural approval sought from a firm no longer engaged | Structural team is in the building; checked in hours |
| Something is defective after handover | Each party points at another; client has three warranties and no owner | One warranty, one named contact |
| Cost of a change | Priced separately by each party, often twice | Priced once, against the original BOQ |
| Programme accountability | No single party owns the overall date | One project manager owns it end to end |
To be fair to the alternative: a fragmented team can work very well when the client has the time and expertise to coordinate it themselves. Most do not, and that is the gap this model fills.
