Incorporated in 2021, Brainstorm was built around one observation: projects rarely fail inside a discipline, they fail in the space between them. The architect blames the contractor, the contractor blames the drawing, and the client is left to referee.
So we built the company the other way round — civil construction, architecture, interiors and real estate under one contract and one accountable project manager, working across Gurugram, Delhi, Faridabad, Noida, Sohna and Manesar.

Design studio established
In-house architecture and structural engineering brought under the same roof as execution, ending the reliance on external consultants for coordination.
First collaboration developments
Entered landowner collaboration structures in Sectors 65 and 49, moving from pure contracting into development.
Interiors and commercial fit-out
A dedicated interior division launched, delivering turnkey residential interiors and corporate fit-outs alongside civil work.
Industrial and PMC capability
Completed a 42,000 sq.ft. warehousing facility at IMT Manesar and took on independent project management consultancy assignments.
BSC Quality Protocol formalised
Our stage-wise quality regime documented into a written 46-check-per-floor protocol applied across every live site.

Why we publish this
A great deal of residential construction in NCR is carried out by unregistered individuals with no verifiable entity behind them. That is fine right up until something goes wrong, at which point there is nobody to hold to anything. Every detail above exists so that you have a legal counterparty, not just a phone number.
