Send a project enquiry

The more you tell us — plot size, floors, location, timeline — the more useful our first reply will be.

Your details stay with our project team. We do not share enquiry data with third parties.

By metro

Nearest Rapid Metro and Yellow Line access is at HUDA City Centre, about 8 km away, from where a cab takes 15 to 20 minutes.

Site meetings

For projects, we would usually rather meet at your plot than in our office. Send the location and we will come to you.

What actually
happens next.

01

We call you within one working day

A short call to understand the project — plot, intent, rough budget and the date that matters to you.

02

We visit the site

Access, levels, neighbouring structures and services. This is free and carries no obligation.

03

You get a written feasibility opinion

What is realistic on budget and programme — including, where it applies, that the two do not currently meet.

04

Only then, a proposal

Scope, indicative cost and programme. Nothing is signed until you have a BOQ and a written specification in front of you.

The questions
most people ask first.

Cost, timeline, payment and warranty — answered here so the first conversation can go further.

For an independent house on a clear plot, indicative rates run from roughly ₹1,780 per sq.ft. for an essential specification to about ₹3,150 per sq.ft. for a luxury one, on built-up area. Where a project lands inside that band depends on the structural design, the number of basements, the finish specification and site access. Use our Cost Calculator for an indicative figure, then treat it as a starting point — a real number comes only after a site visit and a measured BOQ.
A G+2 house of around 2,000 sq.ft. per floor typically takes 11 to 14 months from foundation to handover, plus 6 to 10 weeks before that for design, approvals and estimation. The two things that most commonly extend a programme are late client-side material selections and monsoon curing periods, both of which we plan for at the start.
Yes, and we consider them essential rather than optional. Every project receives 3D elevations and an interior walkthrough before drawings are frozen. It is far cheaper to change your mind about a façade or a ceiling in a render than in concrete.
Payments are linked to verified stages of completed work, never to the calendar. A typical civil schedule releases against mobilisation, plinth, each slab, brickwork and plaster, flooring and finishing, and final handover. You approve the schedule inside the agreement before any work starts, and each release requires the stage to be certified as actually complete.
A baseline programme is agreed at the start and tracked fortnightly, so slippage shows up early rather than at the end. Where a delay is ours, the liquidated damages clause in your agreement applies. Where it results from client-side decisions, statutory delay or force majeure, we document it at the time it occurs rather than arguing about causes months later.
We work to the BSC Quality Protocol — 46 documented checks per floor across six stages, from foundation through waterproofing. Work does not advance past a stage until its checklist is signed. Concrete is cube-tested at 7 and 28 days, steel arrives with mill test certificates, concealed services are pressure-tested and photographed before being covered, and waterproofing is ponded for 48 hours before any finish goes over it.
